Nexium 24HR Tablets contain esomeprazole, a well-known proton pump inhibitor. Esomeprazole works by reducing the amount of stomach acid that your body produces. By reducing stomach acid, Nexium 24HR Tablets help treat heartburn, indigestion, and heartburn. Nexium 24HR Tablets are taken orally once daily, with or without food, based on your individual needs. Directions:
